I remember quite clearly he first time i was exposed to Oscar’s Handicap. A mutual friend and I had been dicking around Melrose then decided to grab a bite to eat. Oscar, whom at the time I only knew very casually, was to meet us at the Ruby’s located there. While sitting at the counter waiting for our food Oscar decided to discretely in form me of his condition as our friend was reliving himself in the facilities.
