The Mighty Quin

Quin (A.K.A. The Mighty Quin)– Born in 1977, Quin is a writer, journalist, blogger and film critic. You think Buck spent a long time doing college radio? Quin did even more time at KECC. Starting there in late 1995, he had his own music show until he asked Buck to join him. After Buck left, the show morphed into “The Quin and Dan Show” and finally ended up as “Quin & Friends” which was a huge and wacky assortment of strange characters – one listener called it the Parliament Funkadelic of radio programs.

In late 2001, Quin and his friend Chris Beyond launched “No-Fi Radio,” an internet radio show attached to “No-Fi Magazine.” This lasted more than eight years, during which, bands like Grandaddy, Silversun Pickups and Elliott Smith made appearances on the show.

Quin now maintains a blog and writes horror film reviews for Brutal As Hell. You can find him on Tumblr and Twitter pretty much constantly. .
